ordinals.pics ("we", "us") is a gallery for Bitcoin ordinal inscriptions operated by SPUNK LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency about data practices.

Uploaded Images: Images you upload are stored as compressed base64 data in our database along with any title, category, artist name, or inscription number you provide.
Browser Fingerprint: A random identifier stored in your browser's localStorage to prevent duplicate votes. This is not linked to your identity.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage. These services may collect anonymized usage data, IP addresses, and device information.
Comments: Any comments you post are stored with a timestamp and your browser fingerprint.

To display uploaded ordinal inscriptions in the gallery
To prevent vote manipulation via fingerprint deduplication
To improve site performance and user experience

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft under their respective privacy policies.

We use localStorage to store a random fingerprint identifier. Third-party analytics services may set cookies.

Data Retention

Uploaded images and associated data are retained indefinitely unless removal is requested. Analytics data is retained per the default policies of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

You may request removal of any content you uploaded by contacting us. You can clear your localStorage fingerprint at any time through your browser settings.
